I<br /><br />Try this rich and amazingly delicious combination, and let us know in the comment section below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 4)<br />- 1 kg Chicken(boneless)<br />- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder<br />- 2 tbsp Corn Flour<br />- Salt<br />- Egg<br />- Oil for Frying<br /><br />Ingredients for Gravy:<br />- 3 tbsp Oil<br />- 2 tbsp Butter<br />- 4 Onions(chopped)<br />- 1 tsp Salt<br />- 3 Tomatoes<br />- 4 green Chillies(chopped)<br />- 1 tbsp Ginger paste<br />- 1 tbsp garlic paste<br />- 1 tbsp Coriander Seed powder<br />- 1 tsp Garam Masala powder<br />- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder<br />- 1 tbsp Red Chilli powder<br />- 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup<br />- 1/4 cup Tomato Paste<br />- 1/2 cup Water<br />- 2 Capsicum(diced)<br />- 1 tbsp Honey<br />- 1 cup Water<br />- 1/4 cup Cream(beaten)<br />- 1/2 cup Cheese(grated)<br />- 1 tbsp Fenugreek Leaves(crushed)<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Take chicken pieces in a bowl and add black pepper powder, corn flour, salt, egg.<br />2. Mix it well and let it rest for 15 minutes<br />3. Now, fry these chicken pieces in a medium-sized pan, until it turns golden brown, and remove it in a plate <br />4. In a pan, heat oil & Butter, and add onions <br />5. Fry until it turns golden brown with the help of salt<br />6. Once the onions turn golden brown, add tomatoes and saute it till the tomatoes turns soft<br />7. Now, add green chillies, ginger paste, garlic paste and saute it till the raw smell goes off<br />8. Add coriander seed powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, tomato ketchup, tomato paste, water and mix it for few minutes<br />9. Now, add fried chicken cubes into the gravy, mix it and add diced capsicum, honey, water <br />10. Reduce the flame, add cream, cheese, fenugreek leaves(crushed) and mix it<br />11. Cover it and cook it for another 5 minutes <br />12. Once cooked, take it out in a serving bowl and serve it hot.<br />
